Toasts with herring
Toasts with herring can be served on Breakfast, as a snack or on a festive table. It turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olives

    3 piece

Cooking

Fry in sunflower oil sliced black bread on one side. Still hot RUB them with garlic.

Eggs boil and grate on a grater, chop the parsley and mix everything with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To fillet a herring, cut into portion pieces. Cut in half black olives to serve.

On toasted side spread the prepared stuffing. Put the herring and half black olives. Immediately submit a delicious French toast to the table. Bon appetit!
