The recipe was borrowed from an American website, but so is my share: if somewhere it is mentioned vodka, all screaming in unison "cheers!" and I remember mother Russia and my to her involvement. And today, announcing that dinner will be fish vodka, got in full... And where they "health!" took..???

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Spinach

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vodka

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Salmon fillet marinated in a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Carefully pack the fish in foil. Put in hot oven for 15-20 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onion and add the spinach. Spinach disassemble two forks, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Fry a few minutes until tender. To shift into another bowl. Fry the potatoes.

A sweet couple! Vodka pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat and, stirring constantly, pour the cream. Add 4 tbsp butter and stir until butter is completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice (3 tbsp). Salt. Pepper. Cook, stirring, about 4 minutes.

On a plate put spinach. On top of the fish. The side of potatoes. Fish pour the vodka cream sauce!!! Good? TO your health!!!
