Kebab of chicken with pineapple
Soul asked barbecue, and the weather unfortunately let down! I had the house to experiment with chicken, skewers and icing. The result met expectations!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    900 g

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Products. Wooden skewers it is best to soak for half an hour in cold water.

Prepare the glaze - pour 1 Cup of pineapple juice from the can into a saucepan, add vinegar, sugar, starch, ginger, salt. Put on medium heat, cook, stirring, until thickened about 2-3 minutes. Glaze turns out like jelly.

Take the chicken, pepper and pineapple on skewers alternating. I have the skewers is not enough, but there were chopsticks too, I went to the course. :-D

Cover the pan with foil, grease the kebab from the top 1/2 of the glaze. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 gr. 5 minutes or until the meat is browned. Take out, turn the skewers and brush with the other side with glaze. Bake until the meat is browned. It is possible and under the grill.
