Cooking
On the eve of the soaked beans boil for about 1.5 hours,removing the scum.
Fry the onion with oil and tomato paste
Layers of stacked beans and sauté in a pot,adding spices.
Put in preheated oven to 150-170 for 20-30 minutes.
