Cooking
The cupcake batter is mixed with a filler and put into molds for muffins or cupcakes.
Bake until almost cooked (verhushechka already browned, but the inside will still be raw), remove from the oven, moisten the surface with water using a brush and put a cut trapezoidal pieces of marmalade (took me two cakes for the cupcakes: wide side of the trapezoid to the center, narrower - to the circle). Also marmalade to moisten the surface with water and send in a hot oven for a few minutes. It is important not to overdo the cupcakes, otherwise the marmalade may caramelize or even burn.
The finished cupcakes have a beautiful glossy rainbow look...
however ... gummy surface after it cools it becomes tough and rubbery. But it's not terrible: place cupcakes in a plastic bag for a few hours.
Marmalade will razobrat, and become soft, tender, pleasantly-sour taste.
