Cooking
For soup you need to take dry peas halves. Soak overnight it is not necessary. So peas will take all the nutrients. To start the peas, rinse well until the water is clear.
Collect all of poor peas. Now pour the washed peas 400 grams of boiling water.
To speed up the process of softening the peas, add water, half a teaspoon of baking soda. To add soup spicy flavor, put in a pea leaf Bay leaf. In the finished dish it will give exquisite flavor and will kill the delicate pea flavor. Leave the peas to soften-swell for 1-2 hours.
Over time, strain the peas. It will become larger and brighter. Bay leaf remove.
For pea soup needed a meat broth. He will not allow the starch to spoil the taste of the finished dish. Many are advised to take fat broth, but I use chicken. It diet and more fragrant. Put the broth on the stove and bring to a boil. Add the chick peas and a teaspoon of sugar. He will not give the soup "to poseret" and you have a very bright, beautiful dish.
Simmer the soup for at least an hour. When the peas fall apart, add the sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper soup.
While the soup is cooked, do zazharku. Cut the onions, carrots grate on fine grater, and daikon in a large. Fry the vegetables until soft.
When the vegetables are almost done, add sliced sausage. Sauté all together for a few minutes to reveal the aroma and taste of sausages.
Season the soup zazharku. For color and unique flavor, add half a teaspoon of turmeric and paprika.
