Cooking
It is best for salad, take the peppers of different colors.
Pepper cut into thin strips (or grate on the slicer).
Olives and garlic grind in a blender into crumbs. Add the olive oil and stir. The dressing is ready.
Pepper mix with a dressing of olives. The salad is ready! If you let it sit for about 15 minutes in the fridge it will be even tastier. If you leave on the second day was even better!
