Description

Cottage cheese pie with herring and beets
Like herring, beets, cottage cheese, or just want to diversify your menu with an interesting pate? Then invited to the tasting. My children not liking cottage cheese, but, to my surprise, gladly asked for more. If you have already cooked beets and herring fillets, the cooking paste (spreads) is less than 15 minutes. Tender and, at the same time. spicy, interesting taste.

Cooking

step-0
I have cottage cheese, soft, more like cottage cheese. If you have a cottage cheese is granular and dry, wipe it through a sieve.
step-1
Herring fillets (I had mackerel its Ambassador) and cut into small pieces, and beets into small cubes, finely chop the garlic. All grind using the immersion blender. You can also very finely chop the herring fillets, beets grate on a fine grater, and the garlic through a garlic crusher.
step-2
Tried it, seemed to me insufficient quantity of salted fish, added another piece. (so in the ingredients I point out the estimated amount, taste the taste, much depends on fish).
step-3
Then add the cheese, finely chopped parsley (or your favorite greens), mustard vigorously (I have again homemade), mayonnaise (lemon juice I added only for themselves, not to everyone's taste) and spices (salt, allspice to taste), stir with a fork. Pie-the toppings ready.
step-4
Further, I advise you not to skip this step. Slices of bread and butter and fry on a heated dry frying pan, first with the buttered side until Golden brown, then lightly dry on the other side. It is with this bread pate very tasty! About keeping can't say as I have a pie ends on the following morning (a big family), if you do not count on a large number of consumers, decrease the amount of ingredients.
