Cooking

step-0
Do not worry that many ingredients! It is not so difficult as it looks on paper (i.e. computer). Mix flour, sugar, salt and make a hole in the middle. Pour in the yeast diluted in warm milk. Lightly sprinkle with flour from the edges, cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 15 minutes. Melted margarine, mix with egg and nutmeg, add flour to the mass, knead the dough. Ready bun again put to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
step-1
While the dough rises make the filling: onion and celery shred, fry for 5 minutes in vegetable oil, remove from heat, add the chopped liver and grind everything in a blender or skip through a fine grate grinder. Add the mince, egg and all the spices, mix well.
step-2
Abenaim the dough is ready, roll out to 3-4 mm thickness, cut out circles with a glass little bigger than the molds - 12 PCs. And 12 circles for faces. Glass cut the "noses" and spouts, and 12 small circles for the ears (cut them in half).
step-3
Put large cups into the moulds (the bottom of the molds priporoshit flour) shaping cups into which put 1 tbsp filling. On top put "faces", lubricates the egg yolk with a little water or milk applied "noses", noses and ears. Again lubricates the yolk. Bake in a preheated 200* oven for 20-25 minutes.
step-4
After baking, let it cool and take out of shape (easily removed).
step-5
The filling is well baked through. Baking time - be guided by your oven, but dry is not necessary.
step-6
Have a little bit of stuffing, I fried the fritters.
