  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp


Prepare all the ingredients for making Cheese at home
Place in a deep bowl or mixing bowl the cottage cheese, 75 g butter, eggs, salt and soda.
Beat mass until smooth using a blender or kitchen machine in "Blender", speed - 5, time - 1 minute.
