Potatoes Beaujolais
Say at once, absolutely nothing to do with France, this recipe has not. It is rather a recipe of a joke the host of the program "the young lady and the cook". But since my family love potatoes in any form, then pass I couldn't. The dish was very simple to prepare and very tasty. A great option to diversify the menu with one dish from all of your favorite potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Boil the potatoes until tender in their skins. A little cool, clean (young can not be cleaned) and cut into slices.

One onion cut into smaller pieces and fry in a small amount of sunflower oil until Golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. I love Basil, so I added it. The second onion cut into half rings.

Boiled potatoes put in heat-resistant form. Put the raw onions. Salt, pepper, spices to taste.

On top lay the fried onions and sprinkle all the sunflower oil.

Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes. You can use a microwave. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
