Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Water

    1 cup

Chicken cut at the line of the sternum and flatten so that it is entirely stacked in a large frying pan. RUB the bird ground black pepper.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Put the chicken back up.

Remove the chicken from the pan. Strain the oil. Put the chicken in another pan, add the strained oil. Pour mixture in the chicken, bring to boil, reduce the heat, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve the chicken with boiled rice or mashed potatoes. Very tasty broth, the chicken, you can sprinkle garnish. Bon appetit!
