Lovers of fish dedicated))).. This dish is quite easy to prepare... will decorate any table..

Ingredients

I usually take the salmon..today took trout..fresh fish wash and boil for a couple..or as I do..put on plate ..TIGHTLY roll up wrap and place in microwave at full capacity in 4-5 minutes

in a small saucepan heat the cream..to put the fish flesh and on low heat..stirring constantly to evaporate the liquid for 4-5 minutes

Cool..to divide into two parts..one part add and mix with the eggs..the other herbs and some finely porezany smoked fish

To expand on the film red smoked fish...seams a little overlap

In the middle of the layer spread one part of the flesh of fish...on top of a little red smoked fish..then the second half of the pulp

Wrap tightly in foil..and put in the cold for 10 hours minimum..te ..this dish must be prepared before the holiday
