Description
This is my simple version of the red borscht. My son (1.5 years old) eats it with great pleasure, and my husband too. The recipe is far from the real soup, but not inferior in vitamins and taste. Usually cook soup for pork chops, but today it's in the freezer just chicken, but chicken soup will not spoil too. Do not judge strictly, try, enjoy) This is my first added recipe.

Cooking
First thing I did was wash the beets (4-5 small pieces), cleaned and cut each part into 2-3 pieces. Put on the fire to boil, after boiling, let cook 15 minutes; (I'm the one of all, clean the potatoes and carrots with onions and put on the gas the water with the meat.
Usually prepared with pork ribs, but there was only chicken (fillet), Cut it into pieces, put in a pot, pour half pot of water and put on gas.
While boiling the broth with chicken or any other meat, peel potatoes and finely chop. After boiling broth put the potatoes into the pan with the meat. Add salt, spices, what, I don't add seasonings because I have a child very young.
Meanwhile, drain the broth from the beets in the pan, put chopped carrots and onions, simmer until the beets to cool, about 10 minutes.
Grate cold boiled beets and put the carrots and onions, simmer 10 minutes all together in broth with beets. Add there 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
All the contents from the pan put in a saucepan with the meat and potatoes. Cook all on low heat for another 15 minutes.
Served hot, added to soup sour cream or mayonnaise - not for everybody. Bon appetit!
