Casserole chicken is a great lunch, but also Breakfast or dinner. It is simple, and with the slow cooker still saves time! :) It's very tasty and satisfying!!!

Chicken fillet, cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion and send to the fillet and mix up.
Potato peel and cut into small cubes. Add to sirloin with onions, stir. Salt, pepper and stir again.
Prepare the sauce. Eggs, beat with a fork.
Add sour cream (sour cream can replace heavy cream or fatty milk). All mix well.
Then add the flour sifted through a sieve.
And mix well to avoid lumps.
Pour our filling in a meat with potatoes and stir.
