Preparation: 1. Eggs boil and grate on a coarse grater; 2. Cheese (I used a creamy Russian) to grate on a coarse grater; 3. Cut onion finely and fry until light brown. Allow to cool; 4. Carrots grate on medium grater; 5. Garlic squeeze through chesnokodavku; 6. All products connect, add mayonnaise, mix well. Optionally, you can add or garnish with greens. Bon appetit!!!
