Salad of mussels and squid
A light salad of mussels and squid.

Ingredients

  • Crab meat

    300 g

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Greens

To prepare products according to recipe. Mussels boil 5 minutes. Eggs to boil. Squid clean and boil 3 minutes.

Mushrooms cut into slices, onion finely chop and fry the mushrooms until tender. Add the mussels and cook for another 5 minutes.

Crab meat cut into cubes. Squid cut into strips. Eggs cut into cubes. Cool the mussels with mushrooms. Mix it all together.

Mayonnaise. Decorate salad greens (sorry, I had remnants of green). Preferably, at least one hour to withstand the salad in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
