Cooking
Sea Kale cut and put on the bottom of the bowl,sprinkle the top with mayonnaise.
Grate the boiled egg on top,drizzle with mayonnaise,then put a layer of cleaned and finely chopped herring.From top to scrub the beets,coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle with green peas.All the ingredients contain many beneficial vitamins necessary for our thyroid gland,therefore the name.Bon appetit and stay healthy!!!
