Tartar of pike caviar
Not far off the New year. It is time to collect interesting and delicious snacks. Offer one of the my favorite snacks. Cooked very simply, quickly and it is very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Caviar

    100 g

  • Bow white

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    70 g

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Bread

From the bread to make French toast. I buy sliced bread square shapes.

Eggs to pass from the jar into a convenient for whisking a bowl. Add very finely chopped white onion (as fine as possible).

Adding a little vegetable oil, beat eggs until thick thick mass. A little sprinkle wine vinegar, salt and continue whisking until the mixture has doubled in volume. Before serving store in refrigerator. Serve well chilled with croutons.
