Cooking
1. I took pork loin, cut a portion of meat and any left over to roll a piece weighing 1 kg. Meat wash, dry.
2. We make our pork loin layer, then it can be rolled into a roll. For this broad with a sharp knife, make a spiral cut along the entire piece of meat before reaching the edge of 1.5 – 2 cm, and gradually expand it.
* To make it more clear what direction you need to cut the meat, I again turned.
3. Meat wrap in plastic wrap and it is good to recapture both sides.
4. The meat season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
5. Top evenly lay out slices of bacon.
6. The bacon spread cranberry sauce (I used sauce 'Cranberry' "TM D arbo") and spread it with a spoon.
7. Roll the meat in the roll, secure it with cooking string.
8. Wrap loaf in foil and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
9. Bake the loaf in foil for about 55-60 minutes, then uncover the foil and bake another 35-40 minutes, occasionally pouring water on the heated juice. * 10 minutes before you are ready, I even turned on the convection mode, 5 minutes on each side of the roll. Ready roll cool, free from cooking string, slice and serve with cranberry sauce.
