Terrine with salmon and seafood
The first time I prepared this dish, turned out very tender and delicious! And the dish looks very unusual!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Saffron

  • Parsley

Take our seafood, it is good to wash.

As the time will come, cool shape a little bit and put in the fridge for an hour. Chilled terrine overturn on a platter and sprinkle with grated egg yolk! To the egg yolk does not crumble, it is possible to grease the terrine on top of a small amount of mayonnaise or olive oil.
