Description

Muffins With Fruit
All very easy and simple... just for those who have time to prepare complicated dishes just yet;)), i.e., for us moms of young and not so kids!!! Turned fruit muffins, very lush, with a delicate banana-pear-up lisinopil aroma and taste... Ate my men them very quickly, and that happens very rarely, silently;))) Then the Pope, who slowly enjoyed dinner, looked at the quickly emptying a platter of muffins and accelerated the process of the jaws;))) Then could not resist, took his saucer and put a couple... "just In case!!!" - he explained his action;)))

Cooking

step-0
Whisk in a blender a banana with a pear. Then put the sour cream, egg, sugar, softened at room temperature butter or margarine and orange peel...
step-1
Separately sift flour together with baking soda and baking powder... Mix liquid and dry ingredients... Dough with a spoon yourself to fall should not...
step-2
Iron muffin molds grease with butter and sprinkle semolina...
step-3
Silicone or paper do not need to grease dough... Fill the molds to 2/3 of their volume...
step-4
I have the molds were different, and, oddly enough, I was most pleased iron molds.... Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown... Time, adjust yourself, the readiness check with a wooden skewer...
step-5
The muffins turned out very, very fluffy (I didn't expect it myself;))) but the top is slightly cracked. Let this not discourage you, on the flavor well, it does not affect...
step-6
Now you can do the same as I pour over our muffins with some marmalade or jam ( I had apricot) or cover the top of the cap of the cream, and can and does not cover, and so they are simply divine... Here is your imagination...
