Aromatic loaf with garlic sauce
Light, delicate, airy bread to the scalded milk with a very soft and tasty crust, soaked after baking with vegetable oil with dill and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk ghee

    370 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Lay all ingredients in a bread machine bucket according to the instructions. If no bread machine, knead the dough by hand: the sifted flour, mix with yeast, salt and sugar, add warm milk (35-37 degrees), knead well. Let the dough come.

After the beep of the bread machine mix well the dough and spread in a greased Cup, cover with film and put on 40 minutes in a warm place to rise.

After 40 min., knead well the dough and divide it into 8 pieces.

Spread in a greased form, put into warm place to proof for 30-35 minutes, covering with foil. Then grease with beaten egg. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 min. Guided by your oven!!!

While baking the bread, in a Cup, mix vegetable oil, pressed garlic, chopped dill and a pinch of salt.

Not pulling the bread out of shape, abundantly lubricates our "sauce" and leave the bread to cool.
