Cooking

step-0
Now, in our time, the cooking process of carapicev can be minimized. Only a long soak will be only decoys.
step-1
So, if we want karavaichik to Breakfast, then soak 1/2 stack. monkey in 1 stack. cold milk in the evening.
step-2
By morning, our decoy will become like jelly. A little structural, but the fingers kneading the grains of semolina will not be felt.
step-3
But what helps us to minimize the cooking process is millet flakes. My grandmother to bake me carapicev gustincic, took millet cereal, washed it, dried, pounded... We'll just take half a Cup of millet flakes...
step-4
... and fill them with 1 1/2 Cup boiled milk. Cover and leave to infuse and cool.
step-5
Then crush until smooth with a blender.
step-6
Connect with Manne jelly.
step-7
Add to the mix 2 eggs, sugar, salt. All mix thoroughly.
step-8
We now proceed to frying. Fry karawaci have, just like regular pancakes. Heat the pan. You want some to stay here. You can take your favorite pan for pancakes. I have is a plain old cast iron. I can't use a Teflon pan for frying pancakes, just for me personally pancakes, fried in these pans, don't seem to be tasty, not real or something... But this does not prevent you to use them. Grease the pan you need very little. My grandmother used to do it with the brush of goose feathers. I replace the silicone brush.
step-9
Pour a little vegetable oil in a Cup or Prosecco, dipping the brush back and grease preheated pan.
step-10
Pour the dough very, very thin layer. Fry on medium heat on both sides.
step-11
Every karavaichik grease with butter. Hot karavaichik very tasty. I want to advise if they are not snapped up all at once, cover with a bag and towel so they do not lose their tenderness.
