Zrazy potato with liver
Such zrazy every housewife does on its own: technology and the proportions adjusted themselves by trial and error))) I decided today to share the version that I use myself. The pancakes turn out tender and tasty, the flour in them, but the pan behave well, do not crawl only need to mold a damp (not wet!) hands. Try it, maybe this option will work for you!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, pass through a meat grinder warm.

The liver is cut into slices and fry in butter.

Skip the liver through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion, fry in butter until Golden brown. Add the fried onion to the liver mixture and mix well.
