Buns with poppy seeds, cottage cheese and apricots

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    8 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mac

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Apricot

    20 piece

In warm milk add the yeast and stir.

Beat the eggs with sugar, add milk, mix well. Add the flour and melted margarine.

Knead the dough to not stick in your hands, and leave it in a warm place to rise (I was 30 minutes).

Divide the dough into 20 pieces, form balls, roll them into circles, spread on a baking sheet. In each bun to make a glass of a small depression. Leave for 30-40 minutes to rise.

For the filling: mix cottage cheese, sugar, poppy seeds and sour cream.
