Potato quiche with liver and mushrooms
This pie has only one drawback - the cooking take some time and effort, and it disappears from the plates within minutes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken liver

    0.5 kg

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, crush, add the dill and salt, let cool

In mashed potatoes put the egg and flour (3 tablespoons), knead the potato dough.

Coat chicken livers in mixture of flour and salt, fry until Golden brown, add the cream and simmer under the lid until soft

Cut into plates of boiled mushrooms and fry in butter fresh

What can I add? This is a very hearty, flavorful, tasty dish. More of a piece to eat will not work (woman sure). But men will not rest until the quiche will not disappear without a trace!
