Potato cutlet
As from a minimum of ingredients to get maximum flavor? The recipe doesn't use egg, do not need to boil the puree, and the result is incredible!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Peel potatoes and onion

Two of the three potatoes on a coarse grater. Cut onion into small cubes

Immediately spread on a pan in hot oil. Fry under the lid, stirring occasionally for about ten minutes.

Then add salt and pepper. And fry until the potatoes are done (about 5 minutes)

In the roasting process, the mass becomes sticky and plastic. To put it in a colander to drain oil and cool.
