Cooking
Shred the cabbage..
... boil in salted water until tender, adding the Basil.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings and put in pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Add some water (50 ml) and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Cabbage drain in a colander and drain off liquid. Then add to the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg whites in a solid foam. Slightly whisk the egg yolk. Do it all separately. Then the whipped whites and yolk mix and add to the pan. Gently stir this mixture until cooked eggs. Allow to cool a little and serve!
