Beef in a soy glaze with green beans
The recipe was found on the Internet. Cooked meat very fast, it turns very aromatic with a pleasant bitterness. Green beans very well with the beef.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Green beans

    400 g

The flesh of beef; remove the membranes and tendons. Cut into stripes. Good pepper and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil and fry the meat on high heat until Golden brown, stirring constantly (lid not to close!)

Hot pepper cut into small cubes.

Prepare the sauce: mix together the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and add chopped hot pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes.

In the fried meat add the beans, stirring constantly, fry for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the sauce. Mix well the meat, cover, diminish the fire and cook 10 minutes, occasionally stirring.
