Cooking
Chicken carcass to marinate in the usual way. I made a marinade of soy sauce with spices and garlic.
On the bottom multivarki pour a little vegetable oil and put the chicken. The remaining sauce to pour on top. The mode "Pastries" - 60 minutes.
Chicken upside down (the process requires some dexterity, I failed to keep the ruddy skin intact) and again the mode "Pastries" 30 minutes.
Ready take out the chicken from the slow cooker.
On the bottom right in the juice left from the chicken, put the chopped potatoes.
Add 1 multistage water. No butter, potatoes will be prepared in a fragrant chicken juice. The mode "Pilaf", as this mode provides the evaporation of the liquid and broiling product.
The potatoes are ready put in the chicken and serve. Bon appetit!
