Cooking
The chicken in Armenian cooking by using multivarki VITEK VT-4204 GY.
For preparation, you can take any part of the chicken. I used chicken legs, each cut into three pieces.
Take the apples, remove the core and cut into segments. In the original recipe, the apples cleared of a peel, I don't do this, for the reason that when fighting the Apple "will spread".
Grate the carrots into thin strips.
In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil.
Choose the mode "Roasting", on.
Put in a bowl multivarki chicken pieces. Fry, turning with a spatula, open the lid multivarki.
Add to roasted chicken carrots and apples.
Fry, stirring with a spatula. Add salt, black pepper and cinnamon.
Put chopped into large segments of potatoes.
Included multivarku mode "Quenching" for 40 minutes. The lid is closed.
After the beep, the chicken is ready.
