Cooking
Shinkuem cabbage, a little salt and mash with hands. Wash and dry green onions, cilantro, parsley, dill, garlic leaves, spinach and sorrel.
Finely chop all the greens. Young garlic finely chop. Greens and garlic mix with the cabbage.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream 50/50. And this mixture is dressed with lettuce and add a little allspice. That's all. The taste is wonderful!!! Bon appetit!!!
