Baked vegetables in a delicious marinade
The easiest to prepare, very tasty dish and for nature (pan-seared on the grill) and for home (if you bake in the oven). You can experiment with different vegetables. Have done already many times, here I share with you. And the recipe was I have seen in some of the rooms whether the "school of Gastronome", or "recipe Collection".


  • Mushrooms

  • Zucchini

  • Eggplant

  • Onion

  • Pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp


The amount of vegetables I do not specify, I can only say that the pickles would be enough for 1.5 servings and I had: one zucchini, eggplant, onions and peppers. And some (300 grams) of mushrooms. Marinade in the oil, press out the garlic. Add vinegar.
And soy sauce. Mix well.
Vegetables cut into arbitrarily sized pieces.
Take dense, and most importantly, without holes package (can be two). Put it in a vegetables. And pour in the marinade. The ends of the package, collect a little shake and leave for at least an hour, from time to time, a few turning-petrah ivaya (to better distribute the marinade). If it is cooked on the outdoors, it's a convenient and transport. Only again, as long as the package has no holes, better check with water, for example.
After a time, pickled vegetables (along with marinade) spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. If outdoors, then in foil, and the foil on the grill. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until tender. I have 35 minutes to bake. But here can be varied at will. Can longer, can less. It depends on the condition of the vegetables You prefer. Try in the process.
