Marinated herring
Very good recipe - herring leaves a gentle, long shelf life (if you live suddenly so much), tasty and flavorful! Ate with gusto and pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Powder mustard

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Trouts defrost is not much easier to clean

Collect all of the marinade

Boil water, add all the spices, pour in the oil of TM "Oleyna", boil for 15 seconds, add vinegar and remove from heat

Fillet cut into serving pieces, folded in sudock

Pour chilled marinade

Sudock closed and sent on 2 days in the refrigerator. Not quickly - but in the end, delicious!!!

Two days later, enjoy! Delicious! Flavorful! Under the potatoes, but with cucumber or onion! Delicious!
