So, take a fillet of herring (I was) cut it into pieces and spread on a dish.
Prepare sauce: Apple wash, peel and grate on a fine grater. Mix applesauce and sour cream. Here you can sauce salt and pepper, but I didn't. I so had to taste. Here's our sauce is ready.
Put the sauce on top of herring and decorate with greenery. Give a little brew (I kept in the fridge).
