Cake
Delicate cake of sand-tomato cake with curd cream. Thanks for the recipe Zarine Sameway.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy foam. Add the butter (pre-melt it), tomato paste. Flour with baking powder. Knead the dough, put in the cold for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Thinly roll out each part using the rolling pin to transfer to baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Bake at 200*C for 5 minutes.

Cheese beat with a blender along with the sour cream (I replaced with cream) and condensed milk. Separately beat the butter, add in cottage cheese. Put in the cold, allow to cool.

Cooled cakes to coat with cream. Allow to soak at room temperature.

To decorate a chocolate bar to melt in a water bath, to put on a silicone Mat in a thin layer, after hardening, break into pieces.

Sides of cake sprinkle crumb left after trimming the edges of the cake. Pieces of chocolate stacked on top.
