Cottage cheese in a slow cooker
Cheese in a slow cooker is very simple, useful and tasty. Now in store cheese I'm not buying.

Take any yogurt, pour into a bowl multivarki. With one liter of yogurt makes about 250 grams. cheese.

After 30 minutes, open and stir. The yogurt needs to split into curds and whey.
Drain the whey through cheesecloth (you can then use on crepes or pancakes), cottage cheese give a little stand. You can squeeze all the whey, wrapped in cheesecloth pouch, but then the curd will be very dry.
