Peppers in French
Very original and unusual grinding of pepper.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    8 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pepper cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Tails in no case do not cut!

In minced meat add chopped onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. All mix well.

Peppers stuffed with minced meat, but not to the brim.

Sprinkle with finely grated cheese.

Then the breadcrumbs (on each half of the peppers I have had 2 tsp of bread crumbs).

On top lay a piece of butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
