Liver Royal with lemon sauce
A dish you have never tried! Juicy, spicy and unusual! Decided to try it in your favorite liver add lemon. Turned out surprisingly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Onion

  • Ryazhenka

Liver clear from the films, cut into small pieces. If desired, for an hour to soak in milk. From the taste of the liver will be softer, leaving bitterness. But it's not necessary!

Fat tookoonooka cut into pieces. It is better to take the bacon, but it's not always easy to find.

Next, fry the bacon for a few minutes until it vigorita (will be browned and crispy). Fat remove to a plate. If you do not like greasy, a little grease can be drained, but do not wash pan! We were just preparing a bridgehead for the liver!

In a paper bag (I was, took plastic) add our 3 tablespoons of flour, herbs, salt and pepper. There also put all the liver and shake closed bag until the liver is evenly covered with flour. Perhaps someone will be surprised, why in the package to put it all, if you can just in a bowl to dip? Explain. Do that in the US, and not doing nothing! Thanks to this manoeuvre the liver then does not stick on the pan, and fried a beautiful individual pieces, evenly covered with flour!

Fry our beautiful liver slices 5-6 minutes, not more. Remember that the longer you cook liver, the more it tastes like the boots)

The liver is gently put on a plate, and on a hot frying pan, put onion + garlic (but that's again a matter of taste). Fry less than a minute, add the yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, then lemon zest (I blender its finely milled), and spices. At the end put in a pan the whole liver and another 3 minutes fry all together!
