French pastry
I wanted to yesterday pies with apples... Well, right, very, very wanted! At the same time decided to try out some new dough recipe. Picked, baked, and ate five pies in a row!!! Then my husband thoughtfully absorbed them, one after the other, had to take urgent to have anything left for today :-) the Dough is wonderful! Very delicious... I Advise!   • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece


The softened margarine to mix with sugar. I added a little bit of salt. The yolk has decided to put but one.
In warm milk dissolve the yeast raw. If dry yeast, mix them with flour. I took yeast for baking, the manufacturer recommends to dilute them in water.
Add the milk to the margarine and stir.
Pour in the dough of flour.
Knead the dough by hand. If will be watery (I had!), then add the flour, but a little, the dough should not be steep. Touch the dough was very soft and tender.
Put the finished dough in p/e package and tie. To remove the bag in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to rise. You can leave it on the table, then fit faster.
I left the dough on the table for 20 minutes, so it went up.
