Cooking
A lot of ingredients, but is surprisingly fast! First make the stuffing: finely chop the salami, green onions, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. All mix, add Basil and oregano or mixed herbs for pizza.
To turn on the oven to 180*C. In another bowl, mix the flour with salt, sugar and baking powder. Add the eggs, milk, olive oil, zest of half a lemon. All mix thoroughly until smooth dough. And add stuffing, mix gently.
The dough to spread out in the muffin tin, greased. Bake at 175-180*With 30 minutes. 10 minutes before end of baking sprinkle muffins with grated cheese and bake the remaining 10 minutes.
Warm muffins out of the molds, decorate: 6 muffin - cherry tomatoes, 6 muffin - sliced salami, cubes of mozzarella (preferably mozzarella balls). 1 muffin - 260 kcal.
