Potato rolls
Delicious rolls and very simple to prepare. Well suited for Breakfast. I did the first time (on trial), so the ingredients took less and I got 10 rolls.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Green onions

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes are put to boil. To make it a puree, salt and pepper, cool slightly. Add chopped green onions and egg (uncooked), mix well.
