Recipe shared one friend, which in turn shared it with her friend. I liked it for its exoticism. I tried to do, and the result exceeded all expectations. Very refined, elegant and original. Foodies suggest!

Cooking
Clean, wash and chop the leeks and onion shallotte. Put in a pan with hot butter and simmered until soft.
Apple wash, peel and cut into cubes. Add to the onions.
Cook until Golden brown and fill with broth. You can use plain water, but I preferred the broth to have a little to stifle a pronounced Apple flavor and to stress the onion. Believe me, it will get better.
Salt, pepper and simmer everything on low heat until soft apples.
Then grind everything in a blender as it should, not to leave lumps. Try and dilute with water to desired taste and consistency. Poured into plates, decorate with drops of fragrant olive oil and shavings of dried meat. Contrast onion-sweet taste of the soup and savory beef jerky goes well. Believe me, the taste is very pleasant and unusual. If you want to surprise your loved one or guests with something unusual, highly recommend. Although, I admit that it's still an Amateur, but worth a try :) Bon appetit!
