Clafoutis of garlic
Spring clafoutis without flour... of yogurt! For those who love wild garlic. From the series "Fast, tasty, healthy..." Recipe from the magazine "Piece of work".

Ingredients

  • Ramsons

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Ricotta

    70 g

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

The leeks well washed and a little dry. Then finely chop.

In a saucepan heat oil (2-3 tbsp), add chopped onion, sauté 1-2 minutes, then add the minced garlic and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Yogurt, ricotta and eggs, stir well with a whisk and season with salt.

Add the grated Parmesan, stir well.

Then to this mixture add the garlic, stir and pour into two prepared tins, greased.

Bake in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes at temp. 180°C.
