The recipe for this wonderful bread I also found on Chinese cooking site, whose name in the original recipe "Ultrasoft potato bread". I know that the site has many recipes for potato bread, but when I made this bread, I decided that I definitely need to share with You the recipe for this delicious and airy bread with a picture. I hope You will accept this option.

Cooking
Potato peel, wash, boil until tender.
While cooking the potatoes, prepare the sauce for decoration of bread. The yolk, milk, sugar and flour beat with a mixer a bit.

In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water (the original recipe recommended first add 50 ml water, and then, if necessary, can be increased to 85 ml, if after mixing the dough still turned out sticky, sprinkle the table with flour when working with dough), add the yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the egg, flour, mashed potatoes, sugar, milk, salt, softened butter and place the bucket in the bread machine. Include the mode of kneading.
The dough cover with film and put it into a warm place to increase in volume two to three times.
Eminem the dough and divide into 9 equal parts, molded balls. Baking this bread I used a square shape with a size of 19*19 cm, but you can use a round shape. Form of grease with vegetable oil, evenly spread out the balls of dough.
Cover the form with cling film and leave dough in a warm place to increase in volume twice.
