Description
"Dreh-dich um Kuchen". Such an original name! "Changeling" in our opinion. German recipe, German site. To be honest, to cook this cake was also inspired by curiosity, interest and a kind of excitement. And, as always, my intuition did not disappoint! Very tender and tasty pastries, intertwined with a light batter and curd filling! Cooked very simply and relatively quickly. Many thanks for a wonderful recipe Lily Changelog (Renner)!

Beat soft margarine 120 g sugar 2 packs of vanilla sugar. Opponents of margarine, probably can replace it with softened butter.
Flour mixed with baking powder and sift through a sieve.
To the oil weight add one at a time 3 eggs, beating well after each input in half a minute per egg.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Here is the dough should look.
Let's get to the stuffing. Beat to a froth 3 eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes.
Add 150 g of softened butter, stir - I'm whipped with a mixer. Add 1 pack of dry pudding mix.
Now add 500 grams of soft cheese - curd unsweetened weight. Also add in cottage cheese and lemon juice. Or as I like to mix, beat with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Split form 26 cm in diameter, covered with baking paper. I usually line only the bottom, but here oiled yet and the sides of the form.
First, spread the batter and pour it evenly curd
Bake for 45-55 minutes. Look at your oven and check the readiness of a wooden splinter. Pie should be brown.
Take out the pie from the oven, allow 10 minutes to rest, freed from the ring and mould - let cool on wire rack. In the process of baking is the process of raising the dough using curd! In the German counterpart, it turns out the dough is on top, topping from the bottom!
Cut arbitrarily - I diamonds. I got even more beautiful - the dough is "intertwined" with a cottage cheese filling!
That's the beauty and tastiness! For you!
