Cooking
Our products! Butter or margarine should be at room temperature. Topping it is desirable to find dark chocolate - get a more intense pattern.
RUB the butter or margarine with a mixer. Add to the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. With a mixer beat until a smooth, homogeneous condition.
Now add one, two eggs. After you enter each eggs, whisk the mass with a mixer at high speed - half a minute for each egg.
Flour mixed with baking powder, sift. Enter into the batter, alternating between the flour and egg liqueur, whipping with a mixer ( on medium speed )
Now add the rum or brandy, chocolate topping ( 85 g ) and stir by spatula.
Rectangular shape for cupcakes - the size of 25 cm by 11 cm ( I have 30*7 cm ), oil-lubricated and filled with dough, level. Also the form to lay a baking paper - it will be easier to remove from the mold. Oven preheated to 180 degrees ( convection 160 degrees ). Bake the cake on the grill from the oven on the lower 1/3 part of oven 70 minutes.
After a time, remove a cupcake 5 minutes leave alone in the form and then removed from the mold and allow to cool on a wire rack. I have the cake cools upside down.
In a water bath melt white chocolate ( couverture). In the recipe specified exactly white chocolate and with it, I assure you, very tasty, but can be watered and your favorite frosting - preferably white. White chocolate ( couverture) is pretty picky - I added a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil and it turned out perfectly - runny and smooth.
The cooled cake, pour chocolate (frosting ) and decorate with chocolate sprinkles ( 15 g ).
