Very tasty air rolls for Breakfast and just like that, you can take with you to work, on the road, they don't dry. Such bread in private bakeries are very expensive, we have, for example, almost 1 Euro apiece. I found the recipe and now I bake them myself at home. Turn out even more delicious than store bought.

Cooking
From flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water, and 150 g of cheese, better "Gouda", knead the dough. I got exactly 800 grams of finished dough.
To form 8 rolls of 100 g each. From a piece of dough make a ball, put it on the table, not floured, top cover palm and do 20-25 a circular motion, holding the bun on the side with your thumb. As a result, the ball is rolled around its axis. The bottom bun looks like.
Put the buns on a baking sheet, top make the cross-cut or, if anyone has here such a stamp, that's their incision.
Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp milk and grease each muffin.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, or like me, cover with a plate of cheese. Leave on the table for 30 minutes. Immediately turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Half an hour later they increased in size by almost 2 times. Put in oven for exactly 25 minutes. Ready. Let them cool slightly and go! I just love them. Try it, you will not regret.
