Salad
Well, it's my turn to post my very first recipe =) I'll Start with the fact that salads don't really like, don't touch it at feasts to Olivier and herring under a fur coat, but this is something I'm hooked.. Probably its not the usual and not typical of the salads taste. Recipe found my grandmother on the Internet, prepared for the New Year, and since then this salad has become my favorite. The taste of it.. how should I describe it.. juicy chicken, slightly crunchy, sweet and thus EXOTIC. And when you've only started trying it in the mouth combine two shades, a gentle, but as a rule, somewhat dry chicken breast suddenly plays new shades when it is imposed on a juicy sweet Kish-Mish, sour mayonnaise, and somewhere slightly pohramyvaet small cabbage in the salad taste completes the chord...

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Grapes

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Just at the moment when wanted to post this recipe, cut all the ingredients larger than usual... the taste is much rougher. So in this salad the main thing is to chop the ingredients. Smaller. 1. Put on to cook chicken breast in salted water. 2. While cooking, wash well Kish-Mish (just buy it! other types of grapes are categorically not suitable) and cut each into 4 pieces. 3. Cabbage finely-finely shinkuem. It should be very thin with a length of 2 cm approximately. If there is more - the taste of cabbage will kill everything. In the photo the cabbage is sliced too thick.. Make much thinner.
step-1
4. A chicken breast to cool and slice (!!!) slice along the grain. In meat in any case should not be hryaschikov from the breast. In the photo, again, and I swung, and sliced thick.
step-2
5. Mix our three ingredients, add salt to taste, and take the mayonnaise. Definitely give it at least half an hour. Bon appetite) Salad, in my opinion, purely female, as he has quite a delicate flavor. And another thing: he absolutely does not go with anything garlic and onion. It's generally better to eat as a separate dish for dinner, for example.
